At Family Solutions Home Care, we are dedicated to empowering and supporting families that face the difficulty of caring for a loved one.  We specialize in facilitating the Paid Caregiver Program for those on the A&D Medicaid Waiver (soon to be split into the H&W and Pathways Waivers based on the participants age) and TBI Waiver while supporting families throughout their caregiving journey. 

Our mission is two-fold: Ensure our caregivers receive fair compensation through higher wages and equipping families with information on free valuable resources. Empowering families is at the heart of what we do. 

We are driven by a passionate commitment to pay caregivers what they truly deserve.  Family Solutions Home Care was founded with the belief that caregivers play a crucial role in enhancing the lives of individuals with disabilities. It is our responsibility to ensure that caregivers are recognized, valued, and compensated accordingly.

Our mission extends beyond mere words – we actively strive to pass on as much funding as possible to our caregivers. By maximizing caregiver wages, we aim to provide financial stability and recognition for the incredible work they do. We firmly believe that when caregivers are appropriately compensated, they can provide even better care and support to those in need.
